Rafaela graduated in Law from one of the best universities in Brazil in 2018 and passed the exam to have her license to practice law as an attorney in Brazil. She began her legal career as a legal assistant in a real estate agency in 2019 and after nine months, took on her first position as a lawyer, where she worked until December 2020.
In January 2021 she moved to the United States. Initially, Rafaela stepped away from her legal career to start a family and worked in various positions in hospitality, starting as a housekeeper and then getting promoted to assistant manager.
Her passion for law never went away, and directed her to Law Offices of William Pernik, where she now works as an Investigative Aide, offering support in the office investigations and using her legal expertise to improve the performance of the Lawyers in the search of the best legal and social results for our clients.
She is increasing her knowledge of California legislation and the practice of the Law every day, by watching and working with excellent professionals, who gave her a new passion for Criminal Law and continuously encourage her to keep investing in her career and professional growth.
